Jack Pugaczewski received Bachelor Electrical Engineering from University of Minnesota Institute of Technology in 1982 and M.S. degree in Software Engineering from University of St. Thomas in 1994. He is a Distinguished Architect at CenturyLink working on SDN/NFV and network management software projects. He is editor of MEF NRP API Project, co-editor of MEF PRESTO SOAM and SAT Interface Profile Specification and co-lead of MEF Topology Engine OpenLSO Microservice Project. He currently holds 11 patents in area of networking and network management software. Jack is an IEEE member.
